OH! THIS WAS SOOOOO FUN! DEB, that was darn cute. And the talent of Erika is stunning because NOT EVERYONE (I am including myself here) can put these little goodies together in a way that is appealing to the eye! It takes practice like anything else, I suppose!

HEY! THE BUILDING HAS BEGUN CHEZ MOI! More to come when I get some pictures!

Oh are so kind and WONDERFUL! YOU LIKED MY POST???? I tell you, last night as I was putting it together, I was thinking it would be a dud! Only because I was tired, I was not as organized as usual, but after some revisions, the simple message got across. DON'T YOU LOVE THAT BED? THAT MANTEL? Oh dear heart, if ever you are in Minneapolis, you are coming here! And if ever in Florida, I too shall meet you face to face. What a wonderful world it is when we make it that way....OH! Have you ever had Turkish delight, the gooey goodies I have on my post? I HAD IT IN FRANCE AND IT IS HEAVEN ON EARTH!

WEll, you sure lifted me up dear one, and as I sit here in my magically lit up front room, looking at the candles, I am grateful for the friends I have like you. Your day will come dear one, your home will come to you. It has taken us 10 years to see this much happen. The builders are putting up the outer walls on MONDAY!!!

Have a splendid evening dear one, Anita

Hey BFF,
I think about you everyday and I hope that you guys will soon be settled. Are you in the same town or have you moved closer to your new destination!! At least both areas have balmy weather!! The close quarters must be a little least it makes for a cozier Holiday Season...I know you long for that space of your own to get away and create.!! Love Ya xOxO

OH DEB! I fell asleep on the couch and 5 hours later, HERE I AM having found your dear, dear comment. WELL, JAY and you are so wonderful to visit Ruben's blog. He is quite the writer and historian with much on his heart and mind. We were both supposed to go to a writer's workshop tomorrow but a HUGE WINTER STORM has caused cancellations of many things on Saturday and the snow has already started. BLIZZARD CONDITIONS, LOW, LOW TEMPERATURES and TONS OF SNOW are expected, so we are staying in to create! AND ABOUT THE ADDITION.....Oh Deb, where do I begin? This has been a very long and tiring week and next week is our last week at school until our TWO WEEK VACATION! Our builders have been good boys :) and have DONE SO MUCH! Every night after school when we get in, there is more to see. THE ENTIRE STRUCTURE IS UP, my French doors are in, the windows and the cathedral ceiling! BUT the electrical and venting must be done and inspected THEN the interior can be finished. The outer siding must also be done so we are estimating that by the end of January, if all goes well, we could be in. Oh, the roof also needs to be done, so we are far from being done. BUT to see this lovely new addition is so fun. THANK YOU FOR ASKING AND....are their any possibilities for you on the near horizon? LET ME KNOW!!!

Well dearest, OFF TO BED FOR ME...I need to really catch up on my rest but THANK YOU FOR YOUR FRIENDSHIP! IT IS SO CHERISHED!

Oh Deb...the beauty of FAITH HOPE AND LOVE are that they are not easy! ANything difficult is more beautiful than that for which we do not struggle....I had the biggest lesson of FAITH one year when I was studying for my LAST CHANCE TO PASS a teacher's math exam.....I was so down and out and I felt like I was in a dark pit of hopelessness for my working career. Ruben told me from EXPERIENCE..."Faith is when there is nothing left." Touché. AMen.

It is real, it is true....and you my dear, like us all, are a star in the firmament of believers that shines brightly in the darkest hour.

BISES! Anita
