~*KaItLyN & aVa*~ the Pink Ninjas kit

Well, I used up the last bit of my Pink Ninjas "three little birds" kit
for this layout of Ava and her cute little bud Kaitlyn! I went a little crazy with some Glimmer Mist, so my layout is slightly wrinkly! (At least now I know how NOT to use Glimmer Mist! Thank goodness for editing!) I have found a new love for using fabric on my layouts thanks to those cute Ninja girls! This is my first attempt at making a fabric rose! I have to say, it's a little easier than I thought it would be!
And this is completely 'no sew'- I used a glue gun! If I can do it, so can you!! Practice makes perfect, so don't examine it too closely!!! ;)

Love the rose. Great embellishment. Looks like a bit of swirling of fabric and held together with thread?? I always think things are fairly "doable" until I get into trouble trying it myself! haha Awesome pages. Lisa

Another awesome layout!! I can't believe how many layouts and a ATC you got out of your kit. Love the flower you did a great job--now I need to play and see if i can make a flower like that.

Love the color scheme and the pink wisps down there by the rose.
It took me a few tries with the fabric roses, but they're not that bad to make~

Hi Deb,
What a fab layout and what a super cute little flower - how did you do that - it looks really complicated.
Take Care and have a great weekend.

That rose came out really cute. I got some cellphone gems today @ Christmas tree shop for 89 cents. I'm working on decorating my cell phone, but it's not coming out too good.

Oh just look at those two lovely queens! What a fun and memorable way to give these gals a wonderful memory. In 50 years, they will be looking at this like the way we look at old vintage photos.....Bisous, Anita
